Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the start of the activity: Full refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the activity: No refund
• The activity can be cancelled at late notice if the minimum number of guests have not been reached for the booked activity. If we see that this might happen, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone to offer another date, activity or a full refund.

If you can't make it for the activity, please let us know as soon as possible and we might be able to change you to another date or activity.
